Hello. The NHS want to collect your data and make it available to third parties. They say it's for research and planning. You have to opt out by the 23rd June if you don't want that to happen. BlackBeltBarrister tells you how to do that.  

Just found out that this has been put back to September. There is a petition saying it shouldn't be an opt out, but it should be opt in if you don't mind them sharing. You decide if you want to be on the NHS Digital national database. At the moment you can opt out on this web site.
