This bush needs trimming. It's too big.
Wrap some rope around it, and cut into it between the lines with secateurs. Tidy it all up with shears.
My first attempt at topiary. Not bad. I have some smaller ones in pots. Might try it again. There are plenty of 'how to' videos on yoootooob.
I am loving the longer days. It means I can do a bit more pottering in the garden after I have eaten my dinner. Tonight I have had the Spaghetti Mushroom Bolognese from M & S. It was very nice.
